Good Afternoon,
i have some issues related dial pattern. i have define dial pattern on voice gateway as well as on CUCM also. i can make call on that pattern by cisco 7821 model. but cannot make call from spa 502g. when i make call from spa 502g on toll free number or some landline number like 012XXXXXXXX. then call does not reach at voicegateway. i saw call trace report it shows like "|REJECT|103|9013XXXXXX". its happening only with spa 502g phone.
please help me to resolve this issue

Are these phones on different device pools? What does the Dialed Number Analyzer say?
If you may, attach as file, the CallManager trace for both a successful and unsuccessful call, along with calling and called numbers.

When i test from Call Analyzer then pattern matches. but problem is that dial number not reaching at voice gateway from CUCM.

Can you describe the exact call flow? Then, attach the CallManager DSL logs and write down calling and called numbers.
