Extension Mobility on the DX series

I was under the impression that the DX series endpoints support extension mobility, however after enabling the devices and verifying our cluster has EM working appropriately, the EM option still isn't showing up on the DX's.  The release notes for the code we are on which is one behind the current, .46, doesn't say anything about EM not being supported.  I tried with 2 different DX's (650 and 70) and verified EM was working on an 8945 and 7900 series.  Could someone confirm that it should in fact work, and give any information regarding any gothca's?
