how to manage a PDL like create a new PDL and add or remove a PDL member by phone? thanks

only private distribution lists can be created/managed over the phone - public distribution lists must be managed via the SA web interface or directly in the ADUC or Domino directory interfaces.

Step 1 Log on to Cisco Unity.

Step 2 Press 4 2 4 2.

Step 3 Choose the private list whose members you want to change by pressing the number of the list.
