meetingPlace- how to remove billing code and Show meeting in public listing

I am running a 2.1.1.2 meeting place standalone server.

also intalled meetingplace outlook plug in in my PC.

I would like to find out how to remove options "billing code" & "Show meeting in public listing" in outlook meeting place end user interface.

i played around with customize interface option in the meetingplace to hide these option but it is only working for web end user interface and not for the outlook.

please help.

can someone help me on this please.

also i would like to know if there is a way to increase the character space available for Subject field. By default we can only type in 18 character. I need to increase it.
