Unity Connection failover

Hello,

I have only 1 no's of unity connection , when I shut my cucm publisher 9.1 ,  unity connection 9.1 doesn't works with cucm subscriber.

 

Also I get a choppy voice  when I play from the phone or when I press a message button the greeting from the system  is chopping.

Have you configured both servers in CUC??

Does the CUCM side integration has the CUCM group with both servers??

Hi Adam,

Java is most correct here (+5 J-man!)

 

Can you check these settings in CUC for the "Secondary" server config. This would add the Sub

to the list of available CUCM servers

 

 

 

Step 32 On the Edit Servers page, do the following substeps if the Cisco Unified CM cluster has secondary servers. Otherwise, skip to Step 33.

a. Under Cisco Unified Communications Manager Servers, click Add.

b. Enter the following settings for the secondary Cisco Unified CM server and click Save.
