Unity languages not replicating in failover

we have unity 5.x on box failover, all config replicates from primary active to secondary inactive except loaded languages - make a change on either phone or gui language on primary and it does not replicate???

I'm guessing you may be seeing this restriction;

Note: If you have a Cisco Unity failover system, phone languages settings are not replicated between the primary and secondary servers. You must change values manually on both servers.

Changes to the following Cisco Unity settings are not replicated between the primary and secondary servers. You must manually change values on both servers.
