upgrade of CUCM 4.0 to CUWL

Hi,

Is it possible to upgrade the existing CUCM 4.0 which is Windows-based to CUWL? What are the product part numbers?

The only Windows CUCM license included as a part of CUWL is 4.3. Unless you have a need to stay at 4.3, I would suggest moving to the appliance versions that are current.
