When someone calls an 800 number on our system, how do you get it to go to a certain number? We have two 800 numbers now but I can't see how they get to the numbers that they goes to now. Were do I look?
This is almost always done at the Telco/provider level. So we have many 1-800 , 1-888 numbers, when they are ordered we ask for the to term on our DID number xxxx. If a change is needed we contact the Telco and ask for the Term to change from xxxx to yyyy.
