Hi Abishek,

You can configure multiple Lines in a UDP

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/bat/6_0_1/t07udpov.html

Cheers!

Re: 2 extension in 1 UDP

Hi Rob,

.Thanks for the reply, iam try to do bulk adminitration of UDP with 2 extension added in single UDP. Can it be possible.to do so.

For eg we will given single phones to the 2 user which will have there own extension added on that phone.

Re: 2 extension in 1 UDP

Hi

What are you trying to do in Bulk Admin? Modify existing? Add new?

If you are adding new UDPs, then you would need to do two things:

1) In the BAT spreadsheet, on the User Device Profile page, set 'Maximum Number of Lines' to 2 (on the far right of the worksheet)

2) In CCM, make sure you create a User Device Profile template under the BAT menu that includes a Phone Button Template with two Lines assigned, or specify that Phone Button Template in the BAT spreadsheet.

Aaron
