2nd call waiting indicator

Dear All,

I would like to ask is there is a way on CUCM allowing same as mobile system below scenario

in mobile system when you have a call running and you recieve 2nd call while 1st call still in 2nd call caller get notification that he is in waiting mode (which mean that called number have another call running),

many times you call someone and he did not answer you and after awhile he call and tell you that he was already in another call when you was calling, and he was not able to answer, then you think is there is any way to get notified when the called number are already on call.

is there is a way

No, there's no way to play a message from CUCM that the user is already on another call, you would need to have them reach your VM system and record there such message.
