3845 gateway not reflecting FXS ports correctly in CUCM

Hello All,

3 FXS cards are seated in 3845 cisco router. 1) EVM-HD-8FXS 2) EM3-HDA-8FXS 3) EM3-HDA-8FXS. In voice gateway the voice ports are displaying from 1/0/0-1/0/23 but in CUCM the ports are displaying as

1/0/0-1/0/7   (EVM-HD-8FXS)

1/0/8-1/0/15 (EM3-HDA-8FXS)

1/0/8-1/0/15 (EM3-HDA-8FXS)

Rebooted the gateway, deleted and recreated the voice cards 2nd and 3rd but doesn't help. Please assist.

Hi Murali.

From your show inventory, I cannot see any FSX card on slot 2.

I can see an FXO 4 Ports on Slot0 subslot1

On Slot 1 I see an 8 Fxs Ports on SubSlot 0 and another 8 FXS port on subslot 1

anyway, On CUCM  , in gateway configuration page, you can specify from which port number starts the other FXS Module
