I am studying for 642-481 rich media commun. exam and wondering if there is a text or course material to studay form?

U r right .I am facing the same problem.Cisco shiped an incompatible AA version with ccm 4.2.

Well the versions that are compatible with 4.2 are

3.5(3),4.0(3),4.0(4).

Can u please send me the link where u downloaded the AA 3.5.4.I can not find on the cisco web site.I will download the latest one too.

Secondly u know any methoed by which i can edit the AA.Basically i am trying to install cisco AA with call manager 4.2.

NOw the customer requirement is to provide a voice that should ask

"if u know the desired extension ,please dial now or press 0 for the

operator"

The default AA that comes with CCM gives u the option of pressing 1

if u know the extension,2 if u know the name or press 0 for operator

.

Now i want to change the AA according to my requirement .

CAn i do that??

I donot want to use IP IVR or TCL script on router.

Fastlane also offers the course but at linited location.

Donot rely on exam papers available (braindumps) as they donot include the cisco meeting place express questions.there is a whole section on this topic in this exam.
