7845-H1-CCC1 Unity AS OS problem

I am currently in the process loading Unity AS OS on a pair of 7845-H1-CCC1 servers and am having a problem finding the RAID/ Platform Config DVD that will work. The servers shipped with the Unity AS OS but not the Platform DVD. I am in the process of trying to obtain the disk, but was wondering if there was any type of work around. I already tried to use an older Platform/Raid Config disc but it did not work. On boot, POST displays that it recognizes the RAID, but as soon as the Windows 2000 Setup is finished initializing it says that it found no hard drives? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Re: 7845-H1-CCC1 Unity AS OS problem

you can probably use the SmartStart disk that supports the server to load the Operating System.

this will allow the system to boot and load the scsi/raid drivers required for windows setup to see the drives. you can then load SR to get the server upto cisco specs.

i've done this before when the platform disks were not an option.
