AA Caller Id

I am currently installing Unity 4.2(1) with the Opening Greeting configured to "release to switch" on transfers and I am having the following issue.

For any call that is transferred from the Opening Greeting in Unity to an extension, the Caller ID sent is the number for the voice mail port. The customer would like for the Caller ID to be the originating number. Is their any way to accomplish this?

Check your translation patterns or routing that is sending the calls to Unity (assuming you're using Call Manager with you Unity).
