AA Help

Right now if a caller does not choose a prompt when the script is over it replays. I need the caller to be transfered to the operator if they do not choose an option.

Raymond,

Is the AA being accomplished with a Call Handler in Unity? If so, on the Call Handler's Greetings page, at the bottom you'll see the option to re-prompt a certain number of times. The minimum is 1.

You'll then want to set the After Greeting: section to "Send caller to" and choose another Call Handler such as the Operator, which should accomplish what you're looking for.

I am sorry, this is unity express and I don't believe it gives me those options
