AA Script

Dear All,

We have CME with CUE 3.2.

I need your help to make a simple AA script, just we need the caller to hear Greeting message then transfer automatically to the operator.

Anyone can help ?

Do you have the CUE editor. If not, download and install the CUE Editor. Add a Play Prompt step and a Call Redirect step to a new script. Upload the script to CUE along with your prompt and create the AA from the CUE GUI.

Dear,

I faced a strange problem when transferred call from AA to Operator.

PSTN > AA > Operator : the operator can hear voice but the customer can't hear the voice.

Local Ext > AA > Operator : its work fine.

PSTN > Local number : its fine

I got below log on the CME terminal logger:

Jun 30 12:01:48.588: %SIP-3-BADPAIR: Unexpected event 25 (SIPSPI_EV_CC_CALL_RESUME) in state 20 (SIP_STATE_INIT_XFER) substate 0 (SUBSTATE_NONE)

We have CME ver. : (C3825-SPSERVICESK9-M), Version 12.4(22)YB1,and CUE 3.2

The CME connected to egress gateway through SIP trunk.
