HI
I am configuring CCM 6.0 with Cisco Unity Connection 2.x for voicemessaging . Cisco Unity Connection has integrated with CCM 6.0 properly and the voice messaging is working properly .But now i need to configure Auto Attendant on Cisco Unity Connection 2.x .
For Example if some dial at one number they have to get the greeting and will have to route calls based on the user given input .
Can any one help me out from this .

You need to configure a Call Handler in UC.

Typically the opening greeting is what people use to setup the AA. They record a new message for that default call handler. You will probably need a CTI route point setup to route a number in your dial plan to be the main number that reaches the AA so people have options to where they are routed from there.
