about call manager 6.1

I have to restart the Cisco CTIManager and Cisco Telephony Call Dispatcher in call manager 6.1 , however I can only locate the CTI manager, but unable to locate the Cisco Telephony Call Dispatcher ... any idea of where it is?

The name has been changed to "Cisco CallManager Attendant Console".
