about CDR database for CCM 6.1

on call manager 6.1, I have transfer the CDR record via CDR management to an external billing server which run microsoft sql server as the database.... however the files that are transfered is only in text format... how can I transfer that into a database ( MS sql server).

CDR management only export data in txt format. You have to use your DB tools to import it into DB. How to import txt file into MS SQL is a Microsoft question other than Cisco's.
