Hi,
Using CTI terminology, a registered device is an "Opened" device.
Thus, you can check here:
RTMT > CallManager > CTI > CTI Search > CTI Devices
Select the CTIManager which your CTI Application is using as a CTI Provider.
Select Devices Status as "Opened".
Key in the other parameters as you require.
