I am running Untiy Connections on CUCMBE 6.1. I can access the operator mailbox via Unity PCA web page but I cannot access the operator mailbox via the telephone keypad. On my phone, I press the messages button, *, enter 99990 which is the operator mailbox number. Unity accepts 99990 as a valid mailbox then prompts me for the voicemail password. I reset the password in Unity Admin and again from the operator's Unity PCA web page. The password is continually rejected. Is there a way to check the Operator Mailbox via the phone?
