Is there a way for a subscriber who's mailbox/ID resides on one Unity 4.0(3) system to login and access C/Hs via CUGA on different Unity 4.0(3) systems in the same dialing domain?
No, you have to authenticate as a subscriber over the phone which means you need to be a subscriber on the Unity server that homes the call handler you want to edit via CUGA.
