account is locked on Unity Connection 7.1.3 webpage

Hi

All my accounts are locked out when I tried to log on to the unity connection webpage ( via web interface).  I am still able to access the unity server via ssh using my administrator account

How can I unlock the unity connection web account ( cuadmin)?

Rachel,

I mocked up the following in a lab:

user alias = cuadmin

account = locked

Login as admin via SSH.  Enter the following command:

utils cuc reset password

You will be prompted to enter the new password twice.

In my case, I entered "utils cuc reset password cuadmin" and then entered a new password (twice).

Afterwards, I am able to login using the cuadmin account and the CUC user display no longer indicates the account is locked.

Should be enough to get you in.
