Im implementing ACD feature with app-b-acd-aa-126.96.36.199.tcl and app-b-acd-188.8.131.52.tcl scripts. When I run it on a 12.4-6T IOS (CME 3.4) it works perfect. I recently upgraded to 12.4 XC IOS (CME 4.0) and the service stop working. The symptom is this:
When I press an option that points to a aa-hunt , the call is inmediately disconnected from the caller point of view but the call stays internally in a queue until timeout expires. That represent a major problem besides the obvius , and is that the fxo on the router stays seized and after a few minutes of customers calling.
