Active calls are not showing at CSD to barge-in

Dear All,

I have installed UCCX 8.0-2  and CUCM 8.0.

Now supervisor wants to barge in into any active calls, but Barge-in button is inactive and call intervention also not active.

At CSD Agent Pane if I click on + sign in front of Agents name it shows logs under it. but no active calls are showing at CSD to barge in.

what is the procedure to activate the barge-in feature for supervisor to barge-in agent calls?
