Adding a second Unity to Exchange

Hi,

customer is going to add a second unity server to the the Exchange, this is part of a migrating from the old unity server.

When they install the new unity server adding the service accounts and run the schema extension - will this mess up the current Unity 4.0.4 integration?...the new unity will be 5.X both connecting to the same Exchange.

Any advise and recommendation would be much appreciated!

Thanks

Mattias

Re: Adding a second Unity to Exchange

You can use the accounts you already have, schema is backward compatible.

You shouldn't have nay issues.

Re: Adding a second Unity to Exchange

Just an added tid bit here. ADSchema only adds attributes and will not delete any existing ones. That is why this is compatible.
