Hi there
I've using CUPS and CUPC v8.5 ( latest versions of both).
Every thing works fine - office integration, chat, desk phone integration etc.
The only thing I need to work, and it does not, is adhoc group chat. I do not need PERSISTENT chat, so it's disable on the server side.
The problem is that when I try to initiate an adhoc group chat the CUPC totally hangs.
I've doubled checked and the XCP TEXT CONFERENCE MANAGER service is up and running.
My email domain is clal-ins.co.il
I've tried to use two formats of SIP names:
1. SIP:email address ( for example haimin@clal-ins.co.il)
2. SIP: alias@clal-ins.co.il ( for example IShaimi@clal-ins.co.il)
The following is an output of the CUPC log file when the problem happens ( it runs in an infinite loop)

Any clues what is wrong in my configuration?
Many thanks in advance for your kind help.
Haim.
