The ordering process for callmanager I find pretty confusing, I was intending to order the following :
1. 2 x Unified CM 5.1 7816-H3 Appliances - 1 publisher, 1 subscriber
2. 1 x License Unified CM 5.1 7816 Appliance, 500 seats
3. CallManager Device License - 500
4. CallManager 3rd Party Device License - 10 units
an NM-CUE-EC will do up to 250 mail boxes, and if this is enough for the customer then it can be a cheaper option, the new version of the software also does IMAP connectivity and IVR. One way of getting a spec is to email firstname.lastname@example.org and this goes straight to the guys rather than having to go thru your account manager first.
