I used COBRAS 1.1.11 to backup a Unity 5.0(1) Voicemail subscriber, I then restored that subscriber to Unity 5.0(1) Unified Messaging and choose "overwrite existing subscriber" as he already has a Exchange mailbox.
He got the restore voicemails in Outlook 2003, but when he clicks on one he gets "Cannot open this item. Outlook cannot do this action on this type of attachment". He got his recorded name, etc moved over and he can get new messages just fine, but the restored messages can not be opened. Any ideas
