what is the proper way of updating the after hours greeting. I have a greeting already in the system and I have the new greeting that i want to replace it with. Can I just copy the wave file over and replace the current greeting? Do I have to shut down anything first?
if you're doing thru the saweb it's as easy as you mention go to the greetings page, select the greeting and paste the file using the media bar
