Agent Desktop 4.5 Error: "Request to change agent state failed."
ive been having this problem for months.
Users used to be able to log in and go "ready" in any computer with agent Desktop. now it's in a state where only user1 can go ready on computer1. other users are able to log in, but not go ready on computer1. and thats the same whay with the other computers, only one specific user can only go ready on that particular computer and no one else.
the error message is: Request to change agent state failed. unable to change agent state. can anybody help me with this, i don;t seem to find a solution on ciasco.com
