Agents Don't Update in Supervisor

When we make a change to assigned skills in UCCX, we don't see the agents changes groups in the Supervisor app?

This was working until recently, when we made the change we could see it reflected in Supervisor.

Now it does appear the agents are taking the correct assigned skills calls, but then are not showing up in Supervisor under the correct group?

Note:if an agent is assigned more than one skill group, they all have a competence level of 5. Not  sure if this has any affect?

Any thoughts?
