Hi Everyone, I'm in the process of moving our users off of our old CUCM 4.3 servers to our 10.5.1 and the question that I have came from one of our legal secretary's. Before me move her off of the old 4.3 server when her attorney's line would ring it would ring on both of their phones and it would display the alerting name. And when he would answer the line the name appearance would stay on her phone as well and the line button would go red. Now that feature no longer works, now when someone calls both lines still ring and the alerting name comes across but when he picks up the name goes away from her phone and the button goes red. Has anyone see this before and if so is there a way to enable this feature so that she can see who he is on the phone with.
