All transferred calls go to same general delivery mailbox
I'm having an issue where any call that we transfer (internal or external) ends up at the same general delivery mailbox. The issue sprouted up when I rebooted the router while fixing another issue. I made sure that the running-config was correct and copied it to the startup-config before i restarted, so I really don't think anything changed in the configuration. Does anyone have any ideas of where to look?
I'm using Cisco Call Manager Express 4.1 and Cisco Unity Express Version 2.3.
