I know this has been raised many times, but just wondering if anything has changed or there are any new tools out there...
I have just been given a list of 400 new users to import, with each one of them having a different alternate contact number - is there a field in bulk import CSV file or a new tool which would allow me to import these users on the Admin side with the different altnerate contact numbers? I hope I am not going to have to do this manually one by one..the customer does not want the users to have to do this.
