Amended Integration causes web-page errors

CHRIS HABBERJAM

Hello,

I've just amended a Unity 4.2(1), such that it now has two integrations. Both are SCCP, the first 28 ports connect to a CallManager v4.2 cluster and the last 4 ports connect to a CCME router.

No users have reported any isses and I can see that calls forwarded from the relevant systems do indeed hit the correct ports.

However, when I now go in to the web-pages, all appear fine except, the profile pages of the Subscribers and CallHandlers and of course the Integrations page.

The error I get is shown in the attachement. I'm using ie8, but this was working fine before the changes were made.

There were no errors prior to this change to the integration.

Has anyone seen this issue before and is there a fix?

Any help appreciated

Thanks

Chris

Chris,

Sounds like it may be an authentication problem. I've seen issues in the past where the UnityMsgStoreSvc password was changed in AD and no longer matches Unity's DCOM password configuration. You can check the security log on the Unity server and see if there are any warnings or failed logon attempts.

You may want to try the following on the Unity server:

Start - > Administrative Tools - > Component Services

Click on Component Services

Expand Computers

Expand My Computer

Expand Com+ Application

Highlight Cisco Unity - Right Click on it.

Go to Properities

Click on Identity

Select "This User"

Select the UnityMsgStoreSvc account (I would do this even if it is

already there). Re-enter password for this account. Before doing this

make sure you have the right password for this account by logging in as

this account.

Hope that helps,

Brad
