I recently setup AMIS between Unity UM and Intuity. The voice connector was installed on the partner server (EX01). Unity users can send AMIS messages to the Intuity voice mailboxes only if they are on the partner server with the voice connector. If the Unity mailbox is on another Exchange server in the organization, it sends an NDR. After lots of troubleshooting, it looks like the other exchange servers in the organization don't know what to do with the [AMIS: ] address.
Has anyone seen this or know how to resolve this issue?
