Analog Phones support on CUEAC

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone tested or know if analog phones connected to VG224 are supported on Cisco Unified Enterprise Attendant Console? The analog phones will not be used as operator handset but by guest users.

If it is supported, which features are supported and not supported? Will the attendant console atleast show the analog phone's line state and be able to forward calls received?

Analog Phones support on CUEAC

Ryan,

You will be able to transfer calls to the phones but you will not be able to see the line state, CUEAC can only do that for CTI Enabled devices.
