Hey Cisco world,
I have what I fear is a basic question: What is the desk phone equivalent of an Applicaton dial rule?
I just configured a series of dial rules for our WebEx Connect and Jabber clients that work perfectly. I'd like to do the same kind of logical digital manipulation like "number starts with" and "number of digits", etc. but on our 7945 desk phones.
Ideas?
Thanks in advance!
Kyler

Well, that would be the route patterns in callmanager also helped by the dial-peers in the voice gateway. If you are using callmanager express that would be just the dial-peers within the same router.

There is no ideantical functionallity, however you should be accompolish this via either translation patters, transformation patterns and/or route patterns depending on your exact requirments and routing.
