ARC Attendant Console, still dont have features of the old CUCM AC
Being several years (5+) and the ARC OEM Attendant Console Solution still dont match several features on the old integrated AC like bulk speed dial import. Other features like speed dial search (not sort), multiples phone lines support, unrestrictive field search using any CUCMfield, etc etc not even in the map.
These are the paths to get to each CCX logs through CLI. They may be helpful if you are having issues accessing RTMT or downloading logs through it.
