I have recently installed Ascom IP-Dect Gateya to integrate all the existing Ericsson DT292 cordless handsets to Cisco call manager. I have configured Ascom IP-DECT as a third party SIP device in call manager site and every thing works fine but I have few issues with voice messaging service. When a person delivered a voice message to a DECT handsets, the envelop icon on the handsets not popping up to notify the user about the voice message.
Can please any one help me for my following questions
1. how is the best or recommended ways to set up so that the dect phones receive voicemail notification from the cisco call manager and voicemail system?
2. how is it possible to get the envelope icon working on the ascom cordless telephone when ascom ip dect gateway is connected to the cisco call manager system and with voicemail?"
