question

Do I need 12 CUE-ATT-CON=  V8x licences + Server  in order to have 12 human console operators? or this

CUE-ATT-CON=  V8x  licence is for server?

My customer needs 12 people  at different sites receiving incomming calls.

I Would Appreciate your coments and help

Correct, each CUE-ATT-CON= allows for one concurrent AC operator login.  Keep in mind that CUEAC server can support up to 25 operators concurrently logged in as long as you have SQL server installed, with SQL Express you can only scale up to 10, so you need to purchase SQL license as well.
