When I try to park a call from the AC I get the Error message "Failed to park the call"
Is this the same Call Park that you have to set up in the CM or is it specific function within the AC. I have by the way a Call Park set up in the CM and it works from the phones.

Hi -
Does your Attendant Console user, the CCMUser associated with all of the attendant phones, have "Call Park Retrieval Allowed" checked?

There is no such box in the 5.1 version of the Call Manager.

Hi -
Got it :-) In 5.0, go to the Application User, user AC. Check to make sure the Groups and Roles say "Standard CTI Allow Call Park Monitoring", "Standard CTI Allow Control of All Devices" and "Standard CTI Enabled".
