Attendant Console Advanced Server 10.5 - CTI ports + CTI RP not registered

Hello,

I just install CUAC Advanced on a Windows 2012 Server. All installation process completed successfully (SQL, TSP, etc..)

I do my complete configuration (queue, operators, ...) then I synchronised with CUCM. No error during the process, so CTI ports, CTI RPs and directory number were created.

But no any of them are registered whereas all services are okay on WebAdmin.

Can you help me to troubleshoot ?

Thank you,
