we have CUCM 7.0 and we have attendant console deployed, is there a way to configure the parked calls so if no one retrieves that call when the call rings the original phone, have it display that it was a previous parked call ?
As far as i remember you should get something like a *XXXX with the * meaning it was parked (at least on old AC), i can check tomorrow. You should be getting also something on the phone, do you see any indication on the AC phone it was a parked call?
