I'm trying to install Attendant Console Business version 188.8.131.52. The server shipped with Cisco OS disks 2003.1.5 (Windows 2003 SP2). I installed from these OS disks and then installed AC. I had some troubles with SQL rights but finally got AC to install. I cannot get the AC service to show as started in the web admin even though it shows it is started as a service under Windows services. I also not get all of the menu options after loggin into the web admin. I was told by TAC that AC needs to be installed on a full version of Windows 2003 SP2 not the Cisco OS version. Is this correct? It seems odd to me that Cisco would ship their OS disks with this product if this installation is not supported. Any ideas?
