Attendant Console - Can a user see if other operator is "online"?

I have a request from a user of Attendant Console: Can they see if the backup operators are online? Then they need to leave their desk for a bit, the need to make sure at least one of the backup operators has the application on, is logged in, and has gone online. Right now they just call them. I was not able to find a way even as an admin to see this.

unfortunately that capability is not implemented in the AC, the AC can only monitor the status of the phones but has no embedded way to monitor the status of the other operators

you can always set the final element in the AC hunt group to VM in case no one is logged in or no one answers

Yeah I already have VM AA as the last element. This site wants human answer if there is a body available. I knew of no way either.

yeah, actually there is no field on which you can even see the name of the other users that have AC so not to mention the status

sounds like a good idea to me, maybe you can get in touch with your AM to present a PER on this
