Attendant console issue

I have a problem where i open the AC and select a directory but only a few DN's show up out of the 40 DN's. Any suggestions besides manually adding them?

What version of Attendant Console? What is the version of CallManager and installed support patch? Do you experience similar issues when searching the directory with CCMADMIN? There are some known limitations with the 'old' version of Attendant Console where the underlying java subsystem does not support paging when accessing directory.
