Attendant Console monitoring queue

I'm using attendant console with ccm 5.0(4). I need to know if it is possible to monitor the calls in the queue of the pilot point through the attendant console, or any other way. Now when all the lines of the pilot point hunt group are busy, the calls go in MOH in the queue, but the operator is unaware of them.
