Attendant Console Problem

I support a customer who says that there are times when the AC app will automatically go "Online" or "Offline" without the user knowing it happened. I have since discovered that pressing the spacebar when the AC window is active will toggle between states. I beleive the users are hitting the spacebar and not realizing it, but they swear that's not the case.

Has anyone else seen these symptoms? Also, is there a way to either disable or change the shortcut keys within the AC?

The customer is using CCM 4.1.3sr3c.

Any help or comments would be appreciated.

haven't tried it but may be you can edit or disable the spacebar. See below

I have customer saying they are having the same issue. They are running CCM 3.3.5

I will let you know if I find any resolution.
